I live in chicagoland area, the best headshop to go to is pipes n stuff on clark and belmont. Great selection, good prices, but they do ID pretty tough. SOrry to hear about your piece, but to comment on how you said people are idiots if they break their pieces; usually when they break the piece they are stoned or fucked up in some other way, and its not intentional.
