Anyone else get this?

Ok i've been getting this alot lately. When i close my eyes tightly it feels like air is rushing out of my ears. This feeling is intensified when im on weed,and even more so while on DXM. My question is..does anyone know what this could be? I feel like an air head..lol!

ps,im a little high.
