Back on topic, yes, there is proof the CIA has been actively involved in the cocaine trade (and for all we know, it could still be). It is just another one of the many hypocrisies of our government bureaucracy posing as a democracy. If the people were in charge of the government, we wouldn't have vast government institutions full of bureaucrats whose job it is to keep massive amounts of information from us.
