Wild Marijuana?
When I lived in Ohio, we called that stuff ditchweed, most of the less upstanding people I knew dried it and sold it at the Jr High, the only buzz it gives you is from oxygen deprivation, and packs one hell of a headache. You may have found real weed, but it was most likely planted by somebody.

lol, I was trying to send this thread back to the cellar. People argue about the strangest things, the plant isn't hemp, or mj; but nobody seemed to care, the thread got rude and ugly fast and turned into a virtual slap-fest that festered for far too many replies.

it sounds alot like ragweed with the yellow flowers and fuzzy stems, look it up. some are alergic to it. its wild here too, it smells a little like mj but then so do a lot of plant things if you burn them. plus there is ditchweed which realy is a hemp but you wont get high from it. i remember trying a little expieriment with it when i was like 12, even then it didnt do anything except smell similar when you threw it in a campfire. sorry guys.

yo bunscarrera! thank you for your knowledge on the cinquefoil aka the "ragweed" or "ditchweed" whatever they call it but i found a bunch of it near a river close to my home and i was pretty convinced and excited that it was the real thing! So I pulled a plant and brought it home for further examination. Luckily I joined this thread today and read your post. I researched this plant and found that you were correct so thanks again for the knowledge, now i wont waist my time trying to harvest these plants.
