I would say that Philly Blunts are probably the shittiest thing you can use. I was at a friend's house, and he bought a box of Blue Owls, and those were dry as fuck, also. The best thing to do is to buy something along the lines of a cyclone where the intent is clear that you're going to be rolling some kine instead of machine-injected shit that breaks into pieces.

yeah phillies and owls are dys as hell. swisher are the most moist cigars. CHronic, the store u buy from then has old stock of true cuz the ones i buy, in the foil wraps, are almost dripping!! and the dude i buy from at the corner store here knows what im buying them for. i've never made a blunt but i'm guessing anywere from 2 grams to 8 grams. I've got a cigar thats like a foot long and 2 inches thik it would make a killer blunt.
