Onward and Torog, its nice to know there are a few of us who are "long of tooth" out there. Seems to be an overwhelming abundance of the younger crowd. I've no problem with them, but they often are moving a bit too fast for my preference.
I hear you about the younger folks moving too fast. Some people say to stop and smell the roses.........I just want to stop and catch my breath!!!

I wish to goodness that the dryspell for me wasn't self-imposed. But, sadly, it's a must for the time being. It seems that anytime in my life when I have to go without for long stretches of time is when all the really good stuff shows up. I have heard about some incredible goodies around this area, but unfortunately I have to just say no. Business and career demands require my absolute attention and I just can't have any cobwebs now. Hopefully things will be resolved in the next few months, and life can go back to just regular ol' daily stress. But I'm living proof that smoking is in no way addictive or something a person can't stop any time they want. I've done this before during times of very demanding periods of life, with no physical or psychological negative effects. Sure it would be nice, but so would a lot of things that we have the ability to stop doing when necessary. I'd like to eat, drink, smoke, and exercise like I did 25 years ago.....but that would NOT be smart...lol

Anyway, welcome and I hope all of you have a great week!
Onward!
