cannabutter problems nned help fast !

hi guys i recently made cannabutter and somehow it went terribly terribly wrong. I have no idea what i did wrong and thats what i need all of your help with. i used karmas perfect cannabutter recipe using 2 sticks of butter and a quarter of high grade cheeba i boiled it with water on medium for 2 hours and then strained it with a coffee filter. One thing i did that i thought wouldn't make a difference (it probably didn't) was that the butter i put in to the boiling water was frozen. the only other thing that i could see tht could've made a difference was that the water and the butter never really combined (again i have no idea whether it matters) I was planning on either making a batch on monday using a 1/2Oz of kb or a oz of middies depending on whats available .one more thing the cannabutter looked fine once it had hardened but when i made cookies with it (i ate 5) nothing happened and i was careful to find a recipe that used relitively low heat so that wasn't a factor, i also tried just eating it on bread and got the same results please respond soon any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

dont use water when you make them just put teh weed straight into th e boiling butter and you dont have to boil it fo r soo long only like 5 mins or until it starts to turn brown then put the butter in the fridge until it becomes solid again then use it in you recipe
