Sorry buddy but uh if a tree falls over, it will keep growing because it has only broke 1/2 half threw or 3/4 threw, yet leaving the roots to continue growth in the ground unless root damage. Shocking the plant(roots) wouldnt kill it, it wouldnt grow for a while but you could keep it alive just by feeding it water everyday. My plants went into shock when we moved them out of my house due to police threats, and then moved them back in, I didnt feed them any nutes except water for a while.

Rezinator: Dont scratch the soil off your roots, just replant it and give the new soil in the new pot a good watering. What do you mean your only survivor from 10? What in the hell happend man=[.
