Yes, you will. Don't touch the roots, remove dirt from the roots, or have any contact with them at all. You are suppose to to transplant with the dirt clump and all. You should have just pulled the whole dirt clump out, in one piece, and transplanted it. Now you have disturbed the roots, big time, by the looks of it, and now they are going to go through some hardcore shock.
