They'll be fine but they are struggling a bit.

The one with no brown is going to turn brown shortly as well.

Stick with good water pH to 6.8

I would suspect their roots stytems are not developing. You might try adding some schultz rooting hormone pwder to their water. That ownt hurt and may give them the boost.

What kinda of water are you using?

They will grow out of this funk but they also need better lighting than that flourex junk
