what the hell does it mean/ why do people put it up?

i'm not sure what the movie is called,or if it's even from a movie.
i seriously can't find a pic on the internet, but i've seen them on signs and stuff. My brother asked the question, and he said it was something to do with skaters. It doesn't seem like it, it's almost like a little propoganda poster. But all it is a poster of some teenagers face with a ninja style headband

I'm sure it was just some kids messing around. Is it the Karate kid? or one of the kids from the three ninjas?

i've seen these all around my town, and i've seen peoples just post pics of the kid on the internet
it's like hwat does it mean?

i mean, i know it's the karate kid... but normally people don't go around town posting pictures of people they like from movies
i've seen these posters up for a year, and various corners

i'm just wondering if it has some message to it

Maybe they post them on every street corner that has a Ninja hidout on that street. Meh..just a thought...
