    for everyone

in our life we are faced with problems, the way you choose to handle them is the biggest one of all. if you blame outside forces for your problems you become victims of your lives, instead of rulers - nothing and no one is coincidence. we are put through everyday situations that are trying to teach us something - teach us about ourselves.

terry winchester, in my opinion, is absolutely brilliant. he has loads of useful information to help people lead a better life and not one of dis-ease.

Read over it a lil bit and man i think thats exactly how i think. not sure but heres how i think. Okay i think everyone has a choice in every single thing. Like if someone gets sad, they are choosing to let themsellves be sad, See dont know if thats how that guy is, but i think everything is just choices and thats why its easy to control my emotions, but some people cant, and it confused me because its just so easy for me.

you have control of your own life. instead of letting others get you down you realize what's truly making you feel the way you do and that leads to your answer.

well the people of the board are open to every genre of discussion - spirtuality is not the discussion of this thread either. a phsychological genre would be just fine though.

i was reading a book the other day and read about a theorist who said pretty much exactly that about people with split personalities....he said that they choose to not deal with their "real" lives and choose to live a life inside their head....i think its well interesting

it's when the person leaves the source of their life that they create an illusionary ego - a fake life. when this occurs is when one starts suffering from diseases, disorders, etc.

break down the word disease and it is dis-ease. which means the person is not satisfied and someone who's not satisfied is leading a false life. people with diseases wake up every morning and are constantly reminded of it because of medicine they're given to "cure" the problem, when the only problem is what they've chose. people with anxiety and not on medicine aren't anxious all day long...something makes them like that, they blame others for their own problems. if one was being true there would be no anxiety, no depression. people are ignorant to the mind and body, only the person can control their own mind.
