Joey is pretty good, but there is better. Also, don't forget: SK has a rhythm section, so it's possible that certain key parts that you think are all Joey, could very well be the other 2 on top of him. I'm not saying it's the case, but it's possible.

Just answer me this: Did Joey ever play a solo with his bare hands in concert? I don't think so.

can i answer your question.......my plague not sure if thats spelt right.... but slipknot whe they first came out were my fav band.....they still are very high on the list.....im also lucky enough to have bought one of the banned albums when they first came out before they were banned for having frail limb nursey and ..... another song i cant remember on.... purity.....i think....

I'm not aware of the banned work from SK. I'll have to check out ebay or something... I like them a lot, but they are not one of my favorites of all time or anything.

John Bonham of Led Zep. sometimes played with his hands during solos. If interested, see if you can find a live version of the song "Moby Dick". Sometimes his solos would last as long as 30 mins. Granted, he was a single kick drummer, but he was easily one of the best.

Keith Moon probably isn't one of the best, but I think he is worth mentioning. Dude had a crazy kinda style.
