I dont know about most people but I count day one from the time it pops open and reveals the first leaf set.

For simplicity sake, I just started them all on daily count from when all were at that stage. I suppose you could add 2 or 3 days because some popped before others in a 48 hour span.

It is theorized that trichs are primarily for protection against vermits, varmin and predators. The get stuck in the sticky environment and trap the demons.

I know a trich when I see a trich.

Which is why I am making this plant special. I havent seen much more than bagseed in my life....but this one under a scope is laden with clear trichs at day 7.

I dont know what else to say. Perhaps a more seasoned grower can explain.

Trichs form on hemp plants too, male and female.

It is what is IN the trichs that make the shit special. I dont surmise the plant has any THC in the trichs at this time....but the foundation is certainly there.

As for the trichs catching the pollen, the hairs that spring from flower pods have on them the goo that collects the pollen. Pollen stuck to a leaf woundn't do much good for the flower pistels.

I just know in my heart that this is one special plant.
