I love relection.....just not metal or aluminum reflector as they also reflect heat.

I prefer reflection from other souces....I'll post a pic of how i do it when i leave the office and get home.

I guess my thought is that if they didn't have some use then they wouldn't sell them with all the big time grow lights you can purchase. And if reflecting light wasn't a good thing, then our grow rooms would be black. Reflectors would seem to be especially beneficial with cfl's.
