Getting a little crowded in here

Hello .....................just a little follow up to he "Thankyou Guys" thread I did a while back.

They have just started budding now so I thought I would do a couple of little pictures of them. Affraid that they are a bit short on space though, I was going to move them to a bigger grow room and I had my son paint it all out for me. Problem the electric supply to it was a bit "kaphut" , so till I can get it rewired up they are just going to have to stay in there little home

Anyway I'll see how they turn out

You can tell because her plants are so symetrical.

    Latewood, Harddon, Zandor and Rezinator.
I really appreciate you're very kind comments, Thankyou

I was a little unsure of posting any more photos but I did promise to in the link above, so I had to

To be honest I just grow as simply and as cheaply as possible. I use my own compost, don't buy the shop stuff. I have a compost heap in a corner of the garden and I put lawn cuttings in it, any dead flowers and plants out of the garden, also any vegatable peelings and the such out of the kitchen, anything that will rot down easily, oh and when I walk the dogs if I come across any horse manure that usually comes home with me for the heap
Then when I need some compost I just dig it out from the bottom of the heap and riddle it out, then it's ready for use.
As for seeds I usually try and scrounge a few from friends, but if that fails I buy Sensi seeds from a local market stall.

The lighting, I run a 400 watt metal halide bulb for 19 hours when on the vegative growth, when they look about right I pinch the tops and after about 4-5 days start inducing on a 12 hour day with a 400 watt high pressure sodium bulb, gradually reducing to around 11 hours by the time of harvesting.
Just a little sprinkling of grow room tempreture water once a day, sometimes I add a pinch of Phostrogen plant food to the water.
Then just harvest when I think they look ready, always dry the buds naturally but I do tend to force dry the leaves.
    Thats it really

Once again Thankyou guys, you're comments have made posting very worthwhile

    Let me get this straight...

When you walk your dog, you actually come across horse shit?

And you carry with you a baggie and scooper?

Now that is dedication to the MAX

    We love you too mand.........

Next time you hit the trail, show us some pics of your dog.... we like dogs too....

Hello Harddon , It's not as bad as it sounds honest

I always take my dog walking handbag, just an old thing it is. Now I always have a couple of plastic bags in there as well, Just in case one of the dogs poo's where they shouldn't and if anyone is around I can kinda sorta pick it up.
Anyway lets put it this way, I quite often come back with horse crap in a plastic bag from my walks, I feel kinda silly now but it is excellent for going in with the compost..........................Honest
Oh, you don't need a scooper for horse poo, it's nice dry stuff and I am a country girl at heart you know

Heres a little pic of my girls as well, Zoe she is 6 years and Ruby she is 5 years

Mand, that's an awesome philosophy, KIS and Cheap as possible. I thought that was what I was going to do, but I have been wanting to build more efficient Hydro equipment; and that has taken time and money. I just got my 600gph pump...I'm almost done...If I win this light ballast kit at auction today, I will have everything I need in my AC'd temp controlled room. It is great chatting with you, please continue to post, again great looking plants

Getting a little crowded in here

Hello Latewood ..............No worries love I'll keep posting, haven't got a clue what to say but thats never stopped me before

I have to keep it simple because................well I'm hopeless with anything to technical

I have to say though I have been smoking for 25 years now and growing for the last 6 years and yet I never tire of the whole cannabis culture that goes with it. I couldn't imagane how many kilos I've smoked over the years but I still relish every time I light up a freshly rolled joint just as much now as when I first started .
As for growing I love the anticipation of what the end product is going to be like and I don't think you can beat the feeling of getting high on you're own homegrown
