Yeah, I used to fall into that cycle, you are convinced your "friend" changes, and he just turns out the same way in the end.

We meet up at the bus exchange, I give my friend Josh my $25 cause he says the dealer doesn't know me, so I trust him since we've been friends for 2 years. Now i'm waiting about an hour there, so I finally called. He says he was jacked (first time ever), and he will get the money back to me in a week.
