I don't have a heat extractor or squirrel fan as of the moment,I only close the door's on the grow box when lights go out,but even then still have the top fan blowing,I have the big fan blowing through the canopy of leaves all day,and the little fan that hangs upside down is pointed directly at the 1000w bulb,to try and keep things a little cooler,but a heat extractor would be idea for me and is high on my got to get list lol..any suggestions? I was also thinking AC machine would help alot,I am also concerned about getting more fresh air into the grow box,I don't know if the the co2 levels in my house are good enough for faster and bigger growth,I believe I heard that co2 levels outside are around 400 to 500 ppm,but inside my house not sure? I was thinking i could run a intake vent for fresh air to my grow box,but if the co2 levels are the same inside my house as they are outside whats the point? not sure about any of the things I just mentioned that within itself would be a completly now learing exsperience for me,but always looking for ways to inprove my grow..........note:even with the fan blowing directly at the hps 1000w bulb it still can get pretty hot in there lol.
