I've never had hands on exp. with hydro, but from what I've seen in other grows, yours is looking pretty slick. Nice job with it. Only thing is, were those pictures taken inside the grow room, where the lights are? If so, I suggest getting some reflective material on that carpet, or blue mats I'm seeing.
