why would the leaf tips turn brown?

well ive got 3 uv lights and a flood light hangin above the plant at about maybe 20 inches ill get some pics

Mine did that from a little too much nutes and alittle too much heat.

A flood light? Is that a special light or just a normal flood light?

If it's just a normal flood light they give off way more heat then anything a plant can use. I would think about dumping the flood light, add a HSP, MH or even a compact flourex light.
