If the dealer says no, money first, give him half the money, take a look, then the other half if satisfied. If the dealer refuses then still, you know it's no good. Tell him to fuck off.

And beating this person up a few days after this happened shows that your buddy can't muscle him. If he were truely a pissed off person, you would have beat him down right then and there, not 3 days after this happens. If you're going to take care of buisiness, take care of it then.

Dang that same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. Me and my friends pooled together 60 bucks to buy a half, and the dealer only gave us a fourth and most of it was seeds.
