Moderator Beeblebrox.420 Takes Break
That's irrelevant. The sticky only articulated the policy that del..., I and other mods have been enforcing quietly. Or not so quietly. Del..., in particular has been vocal about nipping the sales talk in the bud. Threads about open drug sales were being deleted all the time. The sticky was meant to stop them from being posted in the first place.

However, I've recently asked Beeblebrox.420 to take a break from moderation for awhile, for various reasons I won't into here - nothing serious, but relating more to moderation style - he asked me to post a public announcement. With that said, Beeblebrox.420 will still remain an active participant on the boards as always :) Ron Rating: 5

I think it was Zandor who called you and Penguin and someone else a scammer.

A few more details / clarifications for folks following this thread ...
While I felt it would have been better for beeblebrox.420 to post a brief comment indicating he was going on break - he instead insisted I post this thread, which I did reluctantly for I knew where it was going to lead; more questions and pondering leading to incorrect conclusions, hurt feelings, etc.
In multiple PMs to beeblebrox.420 I explained what the reasoning was for my decision; he should simply take a break for awhile - to be clear, for folks reading this thread, beeblebrox.420 didn't do anything wrong per se.
I just sent beeblebrox.420 another PM a few moments ago ... after reading it, he may agree with me afterall

ok. Seeing as how I, like I think everyone here, is confused out of my mind, Im going to just ask a few questions.
Basically beeble is off mod duty right now.. for whatever reason, its obvious your not going to tell, or you dont really have a specific reason. Either way.. By break, do you mean it is not, or it is a permanent.. demotion for lack of better terms. If its not permanent, what kind of time frame were you thinking of keeping him off mod duty.. ie: days weeks months.. you get the gist, just a ballpark. Basically.. is he going to be a mod again and when. I think our minds, and beebles alike (unless he lready knows) deserve at least that must rest, dont you think?

I truly believed my recent PM, which included very specific information, to beeblebrox.420 would have straightened things out, but to my surprise it didn't - I won't go into the details of what was said, beyond saying his response further reenforces my decision that he needed a break; now likely to be an indefinitely one

That's bullshit. Here's the "very specific" information you PMmed to me:
and here is my (admittedly irritated) reply:

You do not know me well enough to determine whether I am actually frustrated or stressed out or not. The fact is, your decision to suspend my moderator status caused every last bit of stress and frustration I am currently experiencing related to this board. This bears repeating: YOU caused the very problem you claim you were trying to solve. Is that really what you wanted to do? Yesterday, I told you I wasn't angry about your decision and that was true at the time, but after thinking about it - and reading some of the many replies in the announcement thread - I'm a bit angry now. I have the distinct feeling you're peeing on my head and telling me it's raining. I'm not stupid.
Whatever. Clearly, you are not going to listen to me. You think you know better than I what I need, so you do what you gotta do.
Don't take my words at another message board out of context. You don't know my history there, nor are you aware of my personal situation leading up to the time I left there.
I'm not a petty person, and despite my anger I bear you no ill will. Nevertheless, I won't likely feel the same about this place again, whether you reinstate me or not. Which is really too bad. I liked it here and I enjoyed both participating and moderating. So, thanks. Thanks a lot.
