This is actually kind of BS. Its one thing to not tell us why this has happened and quite another that Bebble is not given an explanation. sounds hinkey to me.

However, I've recently asked Beeblebrox.420 to take a break from moderation for awhile, for various reasons I won't into here - nothing serious, but relating more to moderation style - he asked me to post a public announcement. With that said, Beeblebrox.420 will still remain an active participant on the boards as always :) Ron Rating: 5

Not sure whats going on....I think beeble got a bad rap about some stupid BS when all he was doing was trying to help. As always someone asks for help and god forbid there dealings dong go smooth as glass....its someone elses fault. Anyway I thought Beeble did a great job...at least he will still be with us on the boards. IF YOUR ONLINE WATCH FOR SCAMMERS...ITS NOBODYS JOB BUT YOURS. REMEMBER YOU HAVE A 50 50 CHANCE.....IF YOUR NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THOSE ODDS....DONT PLAY. You wouldnt tell the casino to give you back your money if you lost at blackjack... we decide which risks we want to take and we alone deal with the consequence if things dont work out. Beebs, as long as you are around to hand down the wonderful words of wisdom and knowledge that you ALWAYS do, I'll be happy. Just wait and see how quickly the boards get out of control without you, though!!! Miss you as a mod, and anxiously await your return!

The lamest part of all is that this thread was started with no explanation as to why Beeble is no longer a mod. Like we're not going to ask questions....yeah, right!! And, as usual, even though Ron has visited today, our questions remain unanswered. I'll just chalk this up to the third question I've asked Ron in the past 4 or 5 monthes that has been ignored.

I just want to say thanks to Ron and ALL the Mods for their wonderful efforts regarding this site and these boards.

Beeble is clearly exhibiting his typical even handed and realistic attitude in his post regarding Ron's decision.

I have enjoyed Beeble's comments and link refferals and hope he will resume Mod duties when asked.

I'm beginning to think "temporary" is a bit optimistic. Ron's wording suggests this is to be only a temporary break, but his failure to explain the precise nature of the problem he has with my moderation style suggests otherwise, since I can't be expected to correct the "problem" unless I know what it is. Perhaps he is only taking time to carefully consider all the options and decide how best to explain things. I don't know. All I or any of us can do at this point is to wait.
