Sounds like your freakin'... Read what IamN2Pot has posted. I did the dilution but my test came back "inconclusive". Too much water? They then sent me for a hair test Talk about freakin'. I passed though with the MacCujO treatment I earlier posted.
GNC has creatine which is a good suggestion. Might even be on sale. Mine was. Got a box of 15 packets that were marked down to $7.50 (normally $20+). Also take your B complex. You do need to watch over exercising a day or so before. Will distribute THC from your fat cells.
