My first SALVIA trip...

Alright, I read all the hype of salvia on this site. some debunked it and said it sucked 'dont even try it'. others swore by it, saying its hallucagenic and crazy.

well... i was anticipating a big hit... but i was sort of dissapointed, i guess you could say.

got 15x extract from salviasupply.com (i think)
used a bong, water filtration.
Took total 6 hits.
After my first 3-4 hits... i held them in long.. shit got crazy. My sight just started tripping. nothing in particular like shit moving, or anything. but i felt the walls closing in and i was banging on the walls my friend told me. i ran in circles and felt like something was happening. then i danced like a retard and came down. this feeling was good, but it ONLY lasted 1 minute probably.

after that, i took about 5 more hits.. but it was just a pretty laid back buzz. nothing big.

the only thing i could think of that messed me up was the aluminum can bowl that i use for my bong. what happend is that the salvia extract is really finely ground up.. so it was like falling through the bowl. to fix the problem we made the bowl hole really really small.. so we had to PULL real hard w/ our lungs to get the salvia into us. so our hits werent HUGE. they were decent. maybe this is why?

any suggestions?

overall: the SHORT peak was awesome (but not hallucagenic.. its all in your head), but it lasted very short time.

no man, it was a great high.. but it just lasted for like 30 seconds.

THIRTY SECONDS??? that was NOT worth 20 dollars.

It was the water. I'm told the affecting chemicals are water soluble bud. That sucks.

Yes, you should definately try it.

The best thing to do is get a water bong and a torch lighter, because you actually have to VAPORIZE the plant matter so that it can get into your lungs. You have to take damned big hits. Try putting it on top of some pipe tobacco, or sprinkle it on a bowl, that's fun.


Hmm.. let's see.. what else is important about Salvia.. Oh yeah, I'm not too sure if Salvinorin A is water soluable. I don't think that it is, because I've smoked Salvia out of a bong and it worked just fine.

damn i only did 5x with like 2 or 3 hits and my trip was way more intense than that, somethin must not of worked, try jsust smoking out of a regular pipe, tahts what i did and worked great also make sure you hold each hit in atleast 15 seconds, it makes a big difference

how would a trip be out of a vaporizer?
if ya do everything right how longs it last or atleast the trip part of it?
and lastly how "legal" is this stuff, can it be detected on drug test and stuff of that sort?

i dont know about growing or about vaporizing it though theres a thread in recreational about that.

it is 100% legal. meaning you can do what you want with it. snort it, smoke it, even stick it up ur ass if you get the urge.
