i think you would know if you are hihg. the first time i smoked i didnt get high and I knew it when I got high the next time. You will feel fucked up when you are high. You're gunna see random shit and forget what you were talking about and shit like that. You will also definatley feel it. If you don't get these symptoms you ain't high. Laughing is also a good sign of being high. You practice inhaling if thats the problem on your own. Get a cigar. First just suck and you will know the smoke is just in your mouth. Then try, basically breathing the smoke in instead of sucking it in. You should feel it in your chest. Just do this with the weed too.
