Yes, it's probably a coincidence, since it looks like a pretty neat building design actually. You have four separate little grassy areas each surrounded on three sides by walls. That gives you a lot of surface area for windows and good views to look at from them. You probably wouldn't even know it was a swastika from the ground. Also remember that the swastika is a very ancient symbol still used by, among others, Buddhists and Native Americans, for non-fascist reasons.

It's still kind of funny though.
