When I transplant, I always dust the soil lightly with rooting hormone powder right where the roots will meet the new dirt.

Done within 20 seconds, you plant will never know what hit them and will just keep on cranking out the leaves.

The trick is to do it quick and be surgical in your precision.

Of course you have bigger problems than this, but consider it future knowledge just in case
You know it would not hurt a thing at all. I have never found the need but it would not hurt anything.

Good idea HARDDON i'm sure it will help the more I think about it the better it sounds. Some Hormex Concentrate would not be a bad idea either and even adding some B1. But then again I use B1 a lot anyway.
