Problably just not cured right. If you still get there on it and it doesnt have any visible mold it should be fine. Break open a bud and look in the middle. What colour is it?
And, what colour is the ash?

You have shitty dried out dirt weed. It'll get you high but it's not the best.

Here's a tip, find a very small tupperware container, put your weed in it, and put either a lemon peel or a peice of lettuce in it. Leave it sealed for 12 hours or so and your weed will be moist and greener after. Be sure to take the lemon peel or whatever out though, otherwise it'll grow mold.

citrus skins can be left in forever with no mold.
I use orange peel ( well washed)

But if its already got mold on the bud its good for nothing but making oil.
