U also have to understand that when u inhale it's not all smoke, it's air too. When u inhale air u exhale carbon monoxide. So when u blow ur smoke in the baloon, carbon monoxide is in there too. You mind as well sit in a closed garage with the car running and smoke a joint.

you exhale carbon dioxide. But there might be some carbon monoxide in the smoke, like a cigarette. I don't know for sure though.
