Just started properly.

Hi, i have just started properly growing wth the proper stuff, like all the bio-bizz products( soil & fertilizers), got timers light E.T.C.
now ive put the seeds in the plant pots and do i put the lights on for 18 hpours now? and do i put the fans on with them or leave the fans untill they pop out of the soil?
