saw him a few years ago with his son's band, "xavier" backing at this small old movie theater in vegas (the huntridge)...awesome show! he's still got it...and his son will be carrying on for that family for years to come!
del... Reviewed by del... on . Any Arlo Guthrie fans? Hey guys. I just wanted to say I caught Nanci Griffith and Arlo Guthrie at the Newport Folk Festival last night and what a show it was! He performed Alice's Restaurant (all 18 minutes of it) to mark the 40th anniversary of his being arrested for littering. Listening to Bob Dylan and seeing Arlo have made me want to take a closer look at folk music and I'm going to start to learn more folk on my guitar.
