ok, I bet she has been telling you stuff she likes all month, so think back to the last time you where at the mall, looking at stuff online, or watching commercials.
The mix CD is a good idea and something inexpensive to put on top of the gift or to include during the day. If you can't get a whole bouquet then get a single flower and put it on the ribbon with your gift, or get her a little wrist corsage to wear.
If she wears lingerie on a regular basis then get her some, and make sure it is decent and classic looking, cheap lingerie looks tacky and feels gross on remember she is your girtlfriend not a hooker so get her something she would like, not just something really skimpy for you to ogle her naughty bits in. (it has to make her feel beautiful and sexy, not like a peice of meat, or self concious about what bits are hanging out otherwise what's the point?) If she doesn't ever wear any or talk about it at all then it probably isn't something she would want; plus at 15 it might be hard to explain to the parents why an expensive nighty is making a sudden appearrance in the laundry rotation.
If she smokes out then a bag of kind with a cutie pipe is totally appropriate. (specially if she does not have a pipe of her own, or does not buy on a regular basis) Though do not make the mistake of thinking she will smoke all of it out with you, a gift given is for her, not for "ya'll" Chicks totally hate getting self serving gifts. (like bowling balls, tickets to sports events, cheap lingerie ect.)

... wrong. My parents got in a HUGE!!!! fight over flowers. They have been married for 28 years and this is the biggest dispute I have ever seen them in. They don't hold grudges either but neither of them will let it go. Basically 2 years back my dad bought my mom a flower variety that my mom didn't like. She let him know, pretty clearly, he got pissed off and said he wasn't getting her any more presents EVER. He still hasn't. It's caused issues every gift giving season.

I have always liked flowers and every friend I have loves to get flowers...
My mom loves them my daughter loves them...all three sons with girlfriends have never gone wrong with flowers...

You're right it was more than flowers. My mom got pissed off because my dad didn't know she didn't like those flowers. My dad got pissed off because she was ungrateful, bla bla bla. It may have been a clever ruse by dad to get out of issues EVERY gift giving season. If so he is my hero. If not he is a dumbass. Either way he is a dick, but it is pretty funny.

Just give her a gift from the heart man, after 4 months you should know what she likes, don't think about whats gonna score you the most points or what your gonna get in return because thats just greedy, gotta do it from the heart. Good luck man.
