You may have to water daily. Good CFLs and the fan will dry out fast some good loose airy but compact grow medium.

I cant help you with the vertical ionic flow positron issues

Another eason they are drying out faster is those ladies are sucking up the water faster. That's a good thing. I water every 3 days or so.
