Salvia?
I've heard that Salvia is really good. I was wondering If you can only get the high off of the extract, or can you get it iff you smoke the leaves?

Salvia?
Well, your best bet is to go with the extract, really. I would suggest starting at something sane, such at 5x or 10x.. then move on to higher concentrations as you get more and more used to Salvia.
You don't really want to try to smoke the leaves, because you would have to smoke many, many bowls before you would really start to feel its effects.
You can, however, try to use a quid, which is where you make a cylinder of fresh leaves and chew on them. Take a look on www.sagewisdom.org for some great Salvia info (read the FAQ!) and www.erowid.com for some just general drug info.
Hope that helps!
Good luck.
