Interesting question! Being that many of the reservations are exempt from the laws that are forced on the rest of us, I suppose it could be a possibility. Curious to see if anyone knows the answer to that one....my guess is that Beeble knows! he knows everything!!!

They would still answer to the feds. The Supreme Court has ruled they may use peyote, sage and other plants in their spiritual practices, but did not say the word Marijuana. The feds donā??t agree (surprise) they see it another way but they always do.
You can buy cigarettes on the reservation without paying federal or state taxes but an open garden is still out of the question.
It was tried in Arizona a few years ago but the feds moved in killed everything and then ran off like thugs in the night.

ok, but that was a few years ago, maybe things have changed alittle...If reform were to happen, that would be a good place to start, I mean we moved them from Malibu to Mojave the least we could do is let them operate coffeeshops..or teepees..

I don't think you can smoke grass on reservations. Some reservations have permission to use illegal drugs (peyote) in their traditional religious ceremonies, but these exemptions only apply to members of the tribe. I don't think you can just up and join a tribe to trip on peyote, but you should give it a shot and let the rest of us know.
