New member ... Info on DOT drug test!...

I am a Truck Driver who has been between jobs in the last 4 months. I smoke everyday out of a pipe (hardly ever a full bowl) about 4-7 half bowls a day and I can honestly tell you a dimebag will last me about on average 5-7 days. Every once in awhile on a weekend I may smoke on a blunt or two with friends. I am looking to drive trucks asap and if I can pass the drug test without having to wait so many days (30-31) that would be great as I also plan to give up the habit. I drink no sodas and only water (64 fl oz everyday), grape & cranberry Ocean Spray juices on occasions with beer occasionally, with 2 to 3 days of moderate exercise a week. I am 5'10 180lbs. I want to use the flushing method and not have to worry about taking in someone elses urine or drinking any detox drinks. Any suggestions. Thanks .

at least 8 glasses a day

detox pills do work supposedly
if you really want to keep toking, and keep it safe... detox pills will help. What your doing with drinking water and no soda's is VERY good for health and for passing tests. I think your alright, but honestly... you should probablly buy some detox pills just incase. It could mean your job....

just curious, do really alot of truck drivers use speed. this is stereotypical, but do they. just wondering, my 6th grade teacher said that alot of people who work late jobs do... i'm not trying to be an ass, it's just i don't know many truckers lol

Bigg, you need to do some reading. I hold a CDL and can assure you that substitution a clean sample under DOT is easier than taking candy from a baby.
As for wanting to use a 'flushing method', well, every tine you urinate, you're flushing. That's what dilution and all those cleansing/flushing drink do,l make you pee, and pee often. It's simply that by follwing the dilution guidelines linked to in my signature, you have a better chance of passing, because of the Creatine loading, than with an expencive magic potion.

Detox pills do not work. There is NO product that will remove a single THC metabolite from a single fat cell where they are stored and ONLY released when the fat cell is burned as energy.
Please enjoy the 7th grade and be a bit more prepaired before you pass along advice.

shit. your 6th grade teacher most likely dose speed, cuz all of the teachers above the 3rd grade i know stay until like 5:00 or 6:00 if her "facts" are true, your teacher, and your pirnsable and most of the teachers would only kick your ass out if they found speed on you, and keep the speed and use it them selfs, and i dont think alot of truckers drive trucks due to the fact that alot of the long haul drivers if im not mistaken work for the union and get random UAs and shit like that, there are also private companys that due random UAs on the truckers, due the fact that some of those trucks weight like 40 tons, and if you owned a company driving gas trucks, you you realy want your truck drivers under the influence of any drugs, even pot???


http://boards.cannabis.com/member.php?u=29368 what kind of truck are you wanting to drive like long haul oil tankers or short distance lumber trucks??? cuz if u wanted to move, up here in darrington, they are looking for drivers for hauling stuff like 2x4s and stuff like that short distance, and they also are looking log truck driver (hauling logs out of the woods) and short haul saw dust truck drivers, im not sure if they still are at this moment, but its working for the mill in darrington washington, called Hampton Mills, "Darrington Divisoin". and the coolest part is, the fact that they rarely do any drug testing, due to the fact that half the town is inployed at the mill, and half the people that work there are on heroine and weed. so, u know if u pass the inploment piss test, u dont have to worrie to much about a random U/A

I still wish I could convence you to substitute a clean sample.

IamN2Pot-I am considering the substitution method also -I like having another option for the madness . Who do you run with and where? I would like to know more details on the d.o.t. tests and mary jane (random tests, giving a sample within 1 hour, etc...). I want to make sure I cover this well before I jump back in the "18 wheels of steel" if you know what I mean . I will make sure to read your page on this subject also. Thanks again.

I have been a DOT saftey officer for a trucking company for a few years now......The cutoffs for DOT testing are lower than the regular world testing. I have to agree with Iam as far as subsitution or dilution. I had a few drivers that smoked and with a random test you have to go immediately now. A few years ago you had 2 hours before you had to go to the test facility. My boss would give the potheads a heads up ...so to speak. And by the end of the week they would go and pass their test. I gave him the list of randoms for the drivers testing. I asked them what they did and 95% of them diluted. I have a test in 7 days.....that will be 30 days clean...wish me luck...I am diluting.

OldHippie--Good luck and I appreciate the info -You said a random(immediately!) That is what I don't want to have to worry about. I would think you would only have time for the substitution right if you didn't know ahead of time through connects(days, weeks)?
