I live next door to rent a cop who was on house arrest for a year for raping women at the local jail--yeah, I moved from LA to a little town in Keystoner and this happened. I read the other day that a LA cop shot a toddler in the face. So sad.. still, to hate ALL cops would be ignorant, although I personally have never met a cool one. Like the idea of spilling bong water on the k9 cars, hee hee.
