Is it safer to smoke pot in Canada or the US? I've heard Canada is a lot more lenient that the US but I'm curious. I live in Ohio and here you can have quite a bit and only get a ticket. It's like 100g or something. But that's just Ohio. I've heard of other states where you can face jail time for your first offense. So where is it safer here or Canada?
