No, he's been ACCUSED of scamming before. Disappeared for a couple weeks, and then came back and worked everything out.

A very profitable scam set up? Perhaps, but Dick Justice is not a full time scammer. He's tried to hook a few people up with acid, but to my knowledge, edgar is only the second guy who's had a problem with him over the course of his existance here.

Don't say "I only know 1/4th of the facts, but here's my opinion from a factual perspective!" because that doesn't really make any sense.

Dick is not a dealer. He needs to stop trying, clearly, because he sucks at it. Dick was trying to hook some people up with acid, and failed. In one instance he returned the money or got the person some product, because "everything was worked out" they both agreed as I recall. The only other instance of this with him that I know of has been with edgar. Hardly seems like some elaborate scamming routine. As any elaborate scamming routine would probably want to try and pull off more then 2 scams a year, 1 being 'unsuccessful'. ((aka, everything was "worked out"))

Odds are he just spent your money without thinking, figuring he could get the product in a couple days or something, ended up not being able to get the product, and then had no money to return or something. Now he's just embarassed to say "Listen man, I'll be broke for another month and I'm sorry as shit. I made a big mistake, but I'll get you your money." I highly doubt he just said "-snatch- That money's mine bee-yatch!"

Why would he keep talking to you if he was scamming you is my big question. Im not ruling out that he is ((personally I don't care, I'm madly in love with dick justice whether he's a scammer or not)) but it's not logical the way he's going about it if he is, especially since he's not doing business with anyone else by the sounds of it. If I was going to scam you and I wasn't currently trying to get any additional customers from the website you're at ((as he's not)) I would stop talking to you the second I got your cash. Send me some money, I'll show you how it works.

Dick, listen... your scamming skills are getting worse and worse buddy, it's almost starting to seem like you aren't a scammer at all, but rather just a broke youngin who doesn't have the guts to say when he can't pay someone back immediately! When you need some pointers, noobie's prolly a good guy to go to. I think he made some nice money off this board. I could also give a few good pointers I imagine, since despite the fact that I'm not a scammer, I can analyze yo' gameplay pretty well.

I'm not defending dick, I'm just saying, "Think Like A Scammer." But just long enough to assess if you're being scammed, or if you're just trying to get drugs from a 19 year old who eats too many.
