Do you mean, will germinating out of soil make better buds?

Some say yes, some say no.

Feel free to do a couple of each and see for yourself.

I say no....but that is only my opinion.

No pics are posted to tuff to tell you what the brown tip is about....

It could be the seed shell itself, or it could be dead root tip from air, water, no water....etc....

yeah, can't see pic...and I would recommend germin' because you get to see if the damn thing is alive, before you sit around waitin' on it, imho...
