Go to the doctor, and tell him what happened. Anytime you have a significant injury to the neck or head, and there is pain that won't go away, you should go to the doctor and have it x-rayed to make sure you didn't crack anything. Sounds scary, and it's probably nothing except a pinched nerve, or sprain. But it's always best to check it out. In the meantime keep taking Aleve, and possibly a Vicodin every once in a while to ease the pain. Hope you feel better soon!

Getting rid of muscular pain in the neck without marijuana Okay so I went to the skate park yesterday with my friend Matt and i fell on the big ramp and landed on my neck!!!!!! Now its killing me and aleeve isent working. Getting message doesent help either. Im in so much fucking pain I cant move my head without swearing loudly cuz it hurts so much. I'de smoke some bud but i wont have any until monday and i probibly wont be able to smoke till tuesday morning. :( It hurts like a bitch! Anyone got advice? Before i chop my own head off? Thankz!
