Getting rid of muscular pain in the neck without marijuanasounds like it could be a pinched nerve ...they are very painful [ ive had them several times'] there is not much you can do for it other than lie still and wait for it to heal ..a sympathetic doc may give you some muscle relaxers or pain pills but they will not fix the problem ..only dull the pain .. mine usually took a week or 2 to heal up . ..if it gets any worse you should prob go see the guy or gal with the webbed feet... hope you feel better soon lily take care

Getting rid of muscular pain in the neck without marijuanaGo to the doctor, and tell him what happened. Anytime you have a significant injury to the neck or head, and there is pain that won't go away, you should go to the doctor and have it x-rayed to make sure you didn't crack anything. Sounds scary, and it's probably nothing except a pinched nerve, or sprain. But it's always best to check it out. In the meantime keep taking Aleve, and possibly a Vicodin every once in a while to ease the pain. Hope you feel better soon!
