Holy fuck some people are stupid. Put the thing in your mouth! Suck the smoke into your mouth. Think of your mouth as a chamber that holds the smoke, so keep pulling the smoke into your mouth and when you've done that you can inhale as you open your mouth....It's simple. Your mouth is a chamber for the smoke......you puff out the smoke into your mouth and once you've sucked out the desired amount of smoke you inhale as you are opening your mouth makingsure not to let it escape before you inhale. Then you keep it in your lungs, then exhale through your mouth or nose. It's very simple.


Light the cigarette. Pull the smoke into your mouth (chamber) until the desired amount is in it. Then open your mouth a little bit and inhale the smoke into your lungs. Exhale when you want to. It's very easy.

I just cant seem to pull it all the wayinto my lungs. I'll take a puff, and if I open my mouth. IT all can come out. Then iif i exhale with my lungs only a tiny little bit comes out.
