- stand up straight with a lit cigarette in your lips
- have a friend punch you in the gut
- (optional step) dont inhale the cigarette itself
- repeat

I'll take a puff, and if I open my mouth. IT all can come out. Then iif i exhale with my lungs only a tiny little bit comes out.
