smoke joints itll be better for a first time its ok to smoke alone but better to have some friends with you smoke it all right there is what i say.the effect depend on 1 what kind of weed it is and 2 how strong it is and 3 how much you smoke and how fast you smoke it. the effects last cant say differnt for everybody depending on the tolorence level and how much you want to smoke in a session
