All drugs are legal in small amounts for personal use in Colombia.

In Jamaica it's tolerated somewhat, but not to my knowledge in any of those other places. In Singapore you could get the death penalty for dealing pot. As for other tropical areas, according to Erowid small amounts are legal in Peru.

You might want to check out the laws for Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles. They are Caribbean islands owned by the Netherlands but I'm not sure what the policy is there.

Man Alaska it's pretty much legal. You're allowed to have like up to 4 oz. in your house, and you're protected by privacy laws. You're also allowed to grow up to 25 plants. At NORML it just says that there's no penalty for having less than 4 oz, and if you look in the detail section it says that you are protected by Alaskas right to privacy law. Oh yeah and you can't buy it there legally but you can grow your own so you don't need to
