I don't think its fully legal anywhere...but as you said amsterdam, gambia, india and nepa are all okay with it....

yeah cuz the thing is i wanna buy some land somewhere abroad so i can set-up a whole field of cannabis or something like that and maybe start up something like a mail order service.

i wasn't aware it was legal anywhere, tollerated but not legal. to the best of my understanding the US had over 150 countries sign somethin that said its illegal, and that was like in the 1940's

Im watching a docamentary(sp?lol) on weed right now. They're interveiwing a bunch of stoners in amserdam cafes and shit. Its really funny, its on On demand if anyone has comcast I recomend you watch it. Now i wanna visit Amsterdam so badly. I'll have to save up some money haha.
