Any tricks for either not making a smell or hiding smells?

-Are there any other tricks if youre smoking inside other than the drier sheets and fans to hide the smell?
-And if you decide to hotbox your car but your parents COULD potentially want to drive it what should you do to keep the smell out or hiden?

I know these sound like dumb questions but my parents have little or no idea i smoke and i want to keep it that way!
