Recent remarks made by senior U.S. and Japanese officials have accused China of upping its spending in this area to alarming proportions.

China's military expenses had been overstated by the Pentagon by 71 percent.



I am still researching the Tiawan issue before I will comment completely. If they don't want independence from China then why are they practicing for an attack?

I don't like the fact that a top Chinese General has flat out threatened us...
